COVID-19 Delivery Updates
Summary (Last Updated 18th April 2020)
Governments of several European countries are implementing various containment measures in an attempt to stop the spread.
Limitations do not apply to the movement of goods and Royal Mail and our couriers continue to operate a regular service however timed delivery times can no longer be guaranteed.
Our main carriers Royal Mail and UPS no longer offer a guaranteed service dates
Our Royal Mail collection for Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 deliveries has been altered to 11am and no collection on a Wednesday. Therefore orders placed after 10.30am each day are likely to be sent via our local post office by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class signed service.
Our UPS collection time remains at 2.30pm but guaranteed delivery times may not be met.
Our next day service. Items sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm may now be delivered by 9pm
